The website is available 24/7, except during maintenance or technical interruptions. Bahia Boemia is not responsible for any temporary or permanent unavailability.

Products are subject to availability. In case of stock shortage, you will be informed and refunded promptly.

Prices are displayed in Euros, including all applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are not included and are calculated at checkout.

5. Orders

Bahia Boemia reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or previous disputes.

Payments must be made at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards via Shopifys platform.
Bahia Boemia does not store any banking information.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided. Delivery times vary depending on destination and are indicative.
Bahia Boemia is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Free shipping is available on orders over 300.
8. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt towithdraw from the purchase without reason.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, with original packaging, tags, and hygiene stickers.
Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be sent within 14 days after notifying us. After inspection, a refund will be processed via the original method within 14 days.
Bahia Boemia may reject non-compliant returns.
10. Legal Warranties
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects.
