Returns and Exchange Policy

What is our return policy?

We do not offer exchanges or refunds. We only accept returns for store credit.

From the date you receive your parcel, you have 14 calendar days to submit a return request via your customer account and ship your package.

We simply ask that the following conditions are met:

• Items must be in their original packaging, with tags and hygienic protection intact

• Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to carefully check the items before sending them back.

This refusal of withdrawal due to hygiene rules is based on legal grounds, specifically Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which states that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

Store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used across our entire website.

 

What is the cost of a return?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not cover or reimburse them.


How do I request a return?

1. Go to your account page

2. Log in and access your order history

3. Click “View my order” for the relevant purchase

4. Select the item(s) to return and submit your request

You’ll receive an email with further instructions once your request is submitted.

Please note: Without a return request, you will not be notified when your parcel is received at our facility.

Which shipping method should I choose?

You may choose your preferred carrier. However, ensure the package is delivered directly to our facility (not to a pick-up point).

We do not accept parcels requiring payment on delivery. Please label your shipment as a “return of merchandise” to avoid customs fees.

We strongly recommend keeping proof of shipment from your carrier. Without it, store credit cannot be issued if the parcel is lost.


How long will it take to receive my store credit?

Once we receive the item(s) and confirm their condition, your store credit will be issued within a maximum of 15 days.


What if an item is defective?

We hope this never happens and take steps to prevent it. However, if you receive a swimsuit with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact our Customer Service via the contact form as soon as possible.
