Shipping and Delivery
Before completing your order, you’ll be presented with available delivery options based on your shipping address. Our goal is to dispatch all orders placed before 10 AM CET (Monday to Friday) on the same business day. If any issues arise with your shipment, we’ll contact you to resolve them.

– UPS Standard: 1-3 business days
• European Union:
– UPS: 3-4 business days
• United Kingdom & Switzerland:
– UPS: 3-4 business days
• USA & Canada:
– UPS: 4-5 business days
• Rest of the World:
– UPS: 6-10 business days
All delivery estimates are in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak periods - such as seasonal sales, holidays, or new product launches - shipping delays may occur.

• Rest of the World: 39,90€
We offer free shipping on all orders over 300€, regardless of destination. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once you check out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID.
Customs & VAT
All orders are shipped from France. Since France is within the European Union, no customs duties or additional import taxes apply to deliveries within the EU.
For international orders and shipments outside the European Union, please note that customs duties or VAT fees may apply upon delivery, depending on the destination country’s import laws. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Bahia Boemia is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing your order. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as the payment of these duties are necessary to release your order.
In the event that the parcel is not claimed or is rejected/refused by the receiver for any reason - UPS or the relevant carrier will return this parcel to Bahia Boemia. Consequently, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Between 20-80€, depending on destination and weight. This corresponds to the fees charged by our logistics partners. We may charge you the exact cost billed by the courier. This in non-negotiable.
